Exchange Policy

During sales we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back hair. Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 days. If you know what you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the hair. We will process your exchange and new order all at once.When ordering please ensure correct address. Extensions of My Beauty will apply a $10.00 undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addressed caused by customer error.
